Solo 46 miles at 16.2 average speed. Woke up feeling a little dizzy, headache, anda little nauseated but I rode anyway figuring I could ride it off. Felt OK on the bike but still a little icky after the ride. Think I slept too much. 🤣 But got to chat with Alyce as well as Ron and Dixie. 👍 A bit brezy so I thought my HR would be higher but I'm OK with that. 😁
