Nice beautiful evening ride. Solo 22 miles with 1100 ft of gain. Felt great! Changed the chain and cassette about a month ago and felt good but the cable last week made it feel even better. Wow, just everything felt good tonight.
I did take a different course with the tandem last night. Turning on Walnut to head south turned out to be much better than the end of Amelia and the T intersection. I turned off Amelia onto Old Baseline heading east, then south on Walnut. Great street to ride vs the others.
FTR, been posting in the Square Wheels Cycling forum. The Cafe is pretty busy and with many of the old posters from the Bicycling dot com forums I first signed on back in 2002 (?). They have a pretty good thread going on, daily ride reports and posting.

Just finished the first climbing section up Wheeler.
