Emerald Necklace & The Donut Man All In One (45 with Sandra/ video)

 Another Awesome Ride Sandra but...WHAT was I thinking? (video later) 45 miles with almost 1,400 ft elevation gain. Woke up wondering if I should ride but a Sandra text asking if I wanted to do the Emerald Necklace. She'd been wanting to show me a better way than I know but when we met at the park, I got a bright idea. We can do Donut Man and The Emerald Necklace. Felt good but suffered later in the ride. Too much time off I guess. But thankfully the ice cream man at the Peck park sold Fritos. 😄 We each ate a bag then I stalled for a little time to recover. Felt better after the break. We took turns getting tired but Sandra has this way of recovering quickly. Her resilience got me a little bit on the way back. 🤣 Good for her! 😄

Thank goodness for the ice cream man and Fritos ha ha ha!
