Ride Day After The Birthday Ride

 Nice 23.5 with Tony the day after my solo 62. Having fun being 62 ha ha ha! Tried to go easy but of course, the wind doesn't allow it. Listening to TC's stories and vacation experience visiting other countries.

Pico golf course to the Santa Fe Dam and back. My legs were screaming on the Dam Climb so I just eased on up as Tc kicked it up a bit. I know better, if I kill myself, I'll suffer the rest of the way. Always cool riding with TC as we have some good chats, life and cycling seeing we have been friends for 49 years.

He invited me to go eat after the ride and because it's my, well was my birthday yesterday, I accepted. Tepeyac in City of Industry, very good and tasty. A little pricey but what isn't anymore? Since our favorite joints have closed down, it was nice to finally get to visit this place. We live very close and have driven by  quite a few times but just never got the nerve to go when it's open ha ha ha! Glad we did and thanks to Tony.
