Thursday Easy 20 for Recovery

An easy, super easy 20 miles to relax the body. Not just the legs but the shoulders and arms too ha ha ha! Yeah, just turned 62 and having fun acting like I'm old but I know I am not, not yet. Actually feeling good, healthy, and still active.

But I did hand wash my truck. First time in a long time and it felt like it. Wash and waxed by hand. Wow, 2 1/2 hours but it was worth it. Feeling it and even in the legs seeing I had to do a lot of squatting. But oh well, nice and clean, for once.

So I did the easy ride keeping the heart rate way down. Heck, in zone according too Bryton but the numbers are actually zone 2 according to others like Garmin. Didn't understand it at first but found on the net that Bryton uses a different scale for some reason. Read it on the net so it must be sure ha ha ha! But zone 2 is 122 to 140 but for some reason, Bryton registers this to a different standard. OK, I can see the numbers while riding so I try to hold it there. Plenty of 120 and trying to hold it below 130. Did pretty  good I think .

                62 and still have the most beautiful woman in the world. Nobody like this one! Gina keeps asking me what I want for my birthday. Already been a week and she keeps asking, wanting me to get something BIG. Uhh, I really don't need or want anything. So she asked about new bike shoes, mine are pretty toasted. I think about it but something stops me, hate adjusting cleats ha ha ha!

But she keeps insisting that I need something good for my bday, heck, had cake, dinner, whatever and still she wants me to get something. Honestly, I have always told Gina that I could live in a mansion with her or a cardboard box and be happy. My friends even told me, that they know I would be happy wherever I am as long as I have a bike and Gina. S0 true! I do not know where she came from but wow. I remember meeting her and thinking she was pretty enough, had a nice big booty that caught my eye so I was attracted right away. But she had a serious look on her face that can make her look unfriendly at times, very misread but some people and being shy, people might think she is stand offish. But no way, so sweet.

So besides the looks, I liked her right away but once she smiled,  oh my GOD, I saw the beauty in her face. Still continues and asking what I want for my birthday, I tell her, I already have it in her!

How can anyone be more beautiful than Gina? Nice smile here but even with the dopey smile she sports once in a while, she's still the best! Heck, personality attitude all the same. I watch some of my youtube videos over and over at times just to hear her laugh because I hear the beauty in her laugh as well.

I don't need anything for my birthday, I got it 37 years ago.

Finally cleaned up this homeless camp near City of Hope. They had tents, cars, everything. Glad they finally cleaned it up but plenty of mess left just below this section. No people,, just a bunch of trash. But sadly, seems some of the people have moved down lower towards Valley Blvd. Hope they clean that crap up too.

Looks impressive but heck no, I didn't do it, just looked good for the pic ha ha ha!
